CatQ provides a one-year limited commercial warranty for SolesFantasy products purchased new from catq.space. It covers confirmed manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. This warranty is additional to, and does not limit, any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The commercial warranty applies to a SolesFantasy product purchased new and directly from catq.space by the original retail purchaser. It is not transferable except where applicable law requires otherwise. The warranty begins on the date the product is delivered. Proof of purchase or the CatQ order record is required. No warranty registration is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It covers confirmed manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that arise during intended use and care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Notify CatQ within the one-year commercial-warranty period and as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue. Contact support@catq.space<\/a> with your order number, the affected colorway, size and selection, a clear description of the issue, and photographs or video that show the full product, the affected area, and the product or batch identifier if present. CatQ may request reasonable additional evidence needed to distinguish a manufacturing defect from damage after delivery. Keep the product and relevant packaging until CatQ confirms that the review is complete. If the issue affects the product’s structure or intended use, stop using it while the request is reviewed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n CatQ normally reviews the available evidence first and does not require an opened personal item to be returned when the issue can be confirmed remotely. Do not send a product back without written return authorisation. If an inspection return is needed, CatQ will provide the return address, shipping method, and instructions and will cover standard shipping that it arranges or authorises. CatQ is not responsible for unauthorised returns, self-arranged premium shipping, or parcels sent to an incorrect address, except where applicable law requires otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For a confirmed covered defect, and where applicable law allows CatQ to select the remedy, CatQ will normally replace the affected unit. If only one unit from a Pair is affected, the claim applies only to that unit and CatQ may replace the matching left or right unit rather than the complete Pair. The commercial warranty does not create a right to an upgrade, a different colorway, or replacement of an unaffected unit. If an identical replacement is unavailable or the remedy cannot be completed within a reasonable time, a comparable replacement, refund, price reduction, or another remedy may apply. Store credit is offered only with your agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A replacement shipment must go to the original destination country and an address that CatQ can legally and operationally serve, unless CatQ approves another supported address in writing. CatQ is not required to ship to a restricted or unsupported destination. If shipment is not reasonably possible, CatQ will review an alternative remedy under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When CatQ approves a replacement without requiring the affected unit to be returned, that approval applies only to the identified unit and issue. The affected unit must not be resold or represented as free from defect. CatQ may provide reasonable disposal or evidence-preservation instructions where lawful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The limited warranty does not cover normal wear or ageing, accidental damage, alteration, incorrect size choice, minor variations in color, finish, measurement, or appearance that do not prevent intended use, or damage caused after delivery by use or care outside CatQ guidance. This includes damage associated with standing or walking while wearing, excessive pressure, sharp objects, incompatible substances or lubricants, prolonged soaking, direct sunlight, improper cleaning, improper drying, or improper storage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Claims may be declined when the product was not purchased directly from catq.space, the order or product cannot be reasonably verified, the evidence has been materially altered or is misleading, the claimed loss has already been refunded or otherwise compensated, or the issue was caused by excluded damage rather than a manufacturing defect. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Approved warranty replacement and standard shipping arranged or authorised by CatQ are provided without charge. Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage charges connected with a replacement are handled according to applicable law and destination rules. Contact CatQ before paying an unexpected replacement-related charge so it can be reviewed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. Depending on where you live, you may have other statutory rights or legal guarantees that continue beyond this one-year commercial warranty.
