These Terms govern your use of catq.space and purchases from CatQ. By using the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

CatQ products and purchase flows are intended only for adults who are of legal age in their region. By entering the website or purchasing from CatQ, you confirm that you meet the legal adult-age requirement where you live and are legally permitted to view and purchase adult-oriented products.
Accounts and information
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Please notify CatQ promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Products and responsible use
Product images and descriptions are provided to help you make an informed choice. Small differences in colour, finish, measurement, or appearance may occur because of screens, lighting, material behaviour, and production variation. Always read the product page and follow the care and use guidance supplied with the product. SolesFantasy products are not footwear for standing or walking.
Orders and availability
An order is not accepted until CatQ confirms it. We may refuse or cancel an order where payment is not authorised, information is incomplete, stock is unavailable, fraud is suspected, or fulfilment would breach an applicable restriction. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, the relevant amount will be returned through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Shipping fees, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other destination charges may apply unless checkout explicitly states that they are included. You are responsible for reviewing the final order total before payment.
Shipping and import rules
Delivery is subject to our Versandrichtlinie. Customers are responsible for checking whether a product may be imported, possessed, and used in their destination. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays can occur because of customs, carrier conditions, payment review, incorrect address information, force majeure, or local restrictions.
Returns and refunds
