CatQ orders ship from Dongguan, Guangdong, China. This page explains order processing, delivery timing, shipping rates, tracking, packaging, and the destination-dependent responsibilities that can accompany international shipping.
Order processing
Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. In uncommon circumstances — such as unusually high order volume, inventory restocking, warehouse closures, address clarification, or payment review — fulfillment may take up to 7 business days.
Delivery timing
Transit times vary by destination, carrier service, customs processing, and local conditions. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or provided by CatQ is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Shipping rates
- Single-only order: USD 39.
- Any order containing a Pair: USD 49.
Shipping is charged once per order. Multiple Singles remain USD 39; multiple Pairs and mixed Single-and-Pair orders remain USD 49. Shipping is available only to destinations offered at checkout.
International — Taxes, customs, and duties
Import duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges can vary by destination and shipping route. Some routes may include some or all of these charges; others may not. A charge is included only when checkout or your order confirmation expressly says so. Otherwise, the recipient may be asked to pay it directly to the carrier, customs authority, or another local authority.
Customers are responsible for checking destination rules concerning import, possession, and use before ordering.
Tracking and delivery
Please provide a complete recipient name, address, postcode, phone number, and any destination-specific information requested at checkout. Use a delivery address with a secure point of delivery. Tracking information is normally sent to the email used for the order after dispatch.
CatQ cannot guarantee the security of a parcel at the delivery location after the carrier records it as delivered. If tracking is missing, remains unchanged for an unusual period, or shows delivery but the parcel cannot be located, contact us so we can review the available carrier information and assist where reasonably possible. Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Discreet outer packaging
Orders are shipped in plain, unbranded outer packaging without explicit product language. Shipping labels and customs documents may still display legally required sender, recipient, product, value, or declaration information.
Package reference
- Single: approximately 1.1 kg; product package approximately 302 × 222 × 120 mm.
- Pair: approximately 1.8 kg; product package approximately 302 × 302 × 134 mm.
Final shipping weight and parcel dimensions may vary because of protective logistics packaging.
Adult purchase only
You must be at least 18 years old, meet any higher legal age required at the destination, and be legally permitted to purchase adult-oriented products there. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Returned, refused, or undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is returned, refused, seized, or cannot be delivered because of local restrictions, unpaid charges, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect address information, refund eligibility will be reviewed case by case. Related shipping, return, customs, tax, or handling costs may be deducted where permitted by law.
