Shipping Policy

CatQ orders are planned to ship from Dongguan, Guangdong, China.

Order processing time: 1-3 business days.

Estimated delivery time depends on the destination country, selected shipping method, customs clearance, and local carrier conditions. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

CatQ uses discreet outer packaging. The outside of the parcel will not use explicit product language. However, shipping labels and customs documents may need to include legally required sender, recipient, and declaration information.

Product package reference: Single Unit package is approximately 1.1 kg and 302 x 222 x 120 mm. Pair package is approximately 1.8 kg and 302 x 302 x 134 mm. Final shipping weight may vary by logistics packaging.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. CatQ is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges required by their destination country. These fees are not always included at checkout unless explicitly stated.

If a parcel is returned, refused, seized, or undeliverable due to local import restrictions, unpaid duties, or incorrect address information, refund eligibility will be reviewed case by case.
