Return & Refund Policy

CatQ products are adult-oriented personal items. For hygiene, safety, and compliance reasons, returns may be limited.

Unopened and unused products in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days after delivery, subject to prior approval from CatQ support.

Opened, used, damaged, washed, altered, or incomplete products are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law or confirmed as defective by CatQ.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos or video of the product, photos of the packaging, and a clear description of the issue.

Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be offered after review. Approved refunds are usually processed within 5-10 business days. Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and payment processing fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.

Do not send products back without written return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
